Tragedy struck on Monday as an 18-year-old boy lost his life to an early morning fire outbreak at Sayi area of Alore in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.
According to reports, the incident occurred at about 1:30am in the wee hours of Monday. As at the time of this report, a delegation of Kwara State Government were about visiting the scene of the fire outbreak for assessment of the situation. “Yes, a devastating fire outbreak occurred at Sayi area of Alore early this morning. We learnt it claimed the life of an 18-year-old boy. We (a government delegation) will soon visit the scene of the incident to commiserate with our people,”
